Some words for our sellers...

You finally make the decision to move. Arrggh. The thought of selling your home is horrible. You have to choose an agent (as if that's an easy thing to), you have to clean your house like never before and look at it through the eyes of a buyer (impossible!). The thought of having people traipsing around your house when you're not home makes you very nervous. You'll worry about whether you left your wallet on the counter or missed the hamper when you tossed your clothes on the way out the door. It's nerve-wracking, we know. But alas, it must be done, and we can help.

It starts with you believing that we want your house to sell just as quickly as you do. It means we all have to agree on the right price, which is the price that will make people come to see it. We don't want to list your house, we want to sell your house. We will look at your home through the "eyes of the buyer" and respectfully make recommendations to make the house show better. "Show better" simply means that people will see the house, instead of just your stuff. If we price it right, people will come to see it. If it looks good when they walk in the door, they will remember it and may even come back for a second look. If it meets all their needs, they will make an offer and when you both agree on the terms, the papers get signed and everyone moves on. Or in, or out, whatever the case may be!  It's not simple, but it is a process and we can do it together.
